Jim Brydges, a medical marijuana exemptee who is living with AIDS, smokes pot at a Hemp Store in Toronto, Canada. Brydges can legally possess up to 150g of the drug for medical purposes. While the administration of US President George W. Bush is cracking down on the medical use of marijuana, the Canadian government has proposed a new law that would decriminalize possession of pot in small amounts.
